David was raised in Polson, MT located on the south end of Flathead Lake. He first skied on Big Mountain in Whitefish, MT in 1964 and has skied with a passion ever since. After graduating from high school in 1975 he pursued a career in general aviation as a pilot flying the western United States. He then continued his education at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He pursued his engineering career in the San Francisco Bay area's Silicon Valley.
The lure of the Flathead Valley's beauty, opportunity, and pace of life won out over the grind of corporate life and the daily commute. He has returned to the Flathead Valley to enjoy hiking in the back country, bicycling, and canoeing the awesome rivers of northwest Montana.
David is now dedicated to real estate sales and assisting others in finding a piece of northwest Montana to call their own.
